NVQ 3 Management
Description : It assesses your knowledge and understanding of key management activities. It also gives you an opportunity to develop your performance in your job to become more effective and to progress your career.
Length of Course: Anticipated completion within one year.
Location: trainingwales or client premises.
Who should Attend: If you are a line manager or team leader this qualification gives you formal recognition of your performance in the workplace.
Entry Qualifications: Whilst there are no formal requirements you need to be working at the appropriate level to demonstrate competence. Ideally, people undertaking this qualification will have:

| • responsibility for allocating work team members, colleagues or contractors |
Course Contents:
The qualification requires the successful completion of seven units in total consisting of two optional units and five core units which include:
| • Manage your Resources and professional development |
| • Provide leadership in your area of responsibility |
| • Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsiblity |
| • Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsiblity |
