ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING
CONSULTANCY SPECIALISTS
Our clients require support, training and expert guidance from practitioners who have experience in delivering excellence in the following areas:
* Lean Manufacturing * Continuous Improvement (kaizen)
* Six Sigma * Developing & Leading ‘Lean’ Teams
* Workplace Organization (5S) * Problem Solving Tools & Techniques
* Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) * Process Mistake Proofing
* Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) * Statistical Process Control (SPC)
* Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) * Managing Change
* Quality Assurance Systems * Lean Production Control Systems
* Business Improvement Techniques (BIT)* Process Design & Improvement
We seek a range of experienced trainers/engineers who are able to deliver training and education by evening or short course and give effective support and development in the following:
* Programmable Logic Control (PLC) * Pneumatic Control Systems
* Hydraulic Control Systems * Computer Aided Design (CAD)
* Maintenance Engineering * CAM/CNC/Proto-type Development
* Mechanical Engineering * Fabrication & Welding
* Electrical Engineering * Electrical Installation
* Electrical Inspection & Test * 17th Edition Electrical Regulations
STOP PRESS – now required Fabrication/Welding Assessors-trainers.
Fee: Negotiable daily consultancy feeHours of Work: Variable(may include evening work and weekends)
Location: Neath
Qualifications: It is essential you have practical experience in the particular occupational area, ideally with a technical qualification in your subject specialism, such as a HNC, HND or degree.

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY SPECIALISTS
trainingwales is looking for consultants who have a proven tract record in the following specialist areas:
Kitchen Fitters – Fully qualified with a minimum of two years experience within this field
Ceramic Tilers – fully qualified with a minimum of two years experience
Brick Layers -– fully qualified with a minimum of two years experience
Dry Liners -– fully qualified with a minimum of two years experience
Fee: Negotiable daily consultancy fee
Hours of Work: Variable(may include evening work and weekends)
Location: Neath
Qualifications: You should be a graduate or possess a level 6 qualification to be considered as a Health & Safety consultant, and possess a background in the relevant occupational area, for the craft positions.
